Community Host: Lady Links

1. Overview

By signing up for access to the Lady Links community (hosted on Circle), you agree to these Terms of Purchase. These terms apply to all paid offerings, including memberships, subscriptions, and access to digital content inside the community.

2. Free Trial

New members are eligible for a 3-day free trial. During this time:

• You will have full access to community features.

• You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription plan (monthly or annual) will begin automatically.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer two membership options:

• Monthly subscription

• Annual subscription (billed once per year)

All subscriptions:

• Are billed automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. • Can be managed through your Circle account settings.

• Are priced in AED and include applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds once a subscription charge has been processed (after the free trial).
• If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time.

5. Access to Content

As a paid member, you will receive access to:

• The full Lady Links community on Circle

• “How-to” guides, content, and resources

• Ongoing updates to the membership library

Access continues only while your subscription is active. If your membership ends, your access to the community and content will be revoked.

We do not currently set expiration dates on content- however, we reserve the right to update or remove outdated materials.

6. Member Conduct

By participating in the Lady Links community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or spam

• Keep private discussions confidential

Violation of our community standards may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content inside the Lady Links community- including guides, videos, downloads, branding, and materials- is the intellectual property of Lady Links. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the content without written permission.

8. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

Lady Links provides information, tools, and guidance for personal development and connection. We do not guarantee specific results from participating in the community.

All information is provided for general educational purposes and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Termination & Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Circle account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or harmful behavior.

No refunds are issued in such cases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted inside the Circle community or on our website. Continued use of the community after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
